I would like to add one more comment for the benefit of the readers of this blog.
Do not satisfy your conscience by throwing all the blame upon the Authorities. You are just as guilty as they are.
During the past ten years, who, among you, has ever thought of walking up to a public official and ask him whether he was implementing the Plan or not?
You probably did not know of the existence of that Plan, simply because you never bothered to ask if there was one, and also because the Authorities may have skillfully hid it from your eyes.
So, in the end, you must share the blame with all the public officials. But it is never too late. Speak up now, and you may be heard.
